Terms of Service

holagpt LLC ("holagpt", "we") provides an artificial-intelligence platform that gives access to multiple third-party AI models through holagpt.com and associated domains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, or have your legal guardian's consent. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Description of the Service

holagpt is an aggregator: it routes your requests to AI models from external providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, among others) and offers text, image, audio, voice generation and other tools. Availability of any model or feature may change. We tell you which model answered each request.

3. AI-generated content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive, and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Always verify information before acting on it. You are responsible for how you use the Service's outputs. To the extent permitted by law and by the model providers' terms, we do not claim ownership of the content you generate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) engage in illegal activity or infringe third-party rights; (b) generate child sexual abuse material, hate speech, harassment or harmful disinformation; (c) develop weapons or malware, or carry out attacks; (d) circumvent limits, quotas or security measures; (e) resell the Service without authorization; (f) input third-party personal data without a legal basis. We may suspend or terminate non-compliant accounts.

5. Plans, payments and renewal

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through our payment processors (for example, Stripe and local payment methods). Prices are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Free trial and refunds

If we offer a trial, its conditions are shown at the time of the offer. Our refund policy is described separately. Where applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, we will honor it. We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction with AI outputs when the Service worked as described.

7. Quotas and availability

We may apply reasonable usage limits. We strive for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, giving notice where reasonably possible.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, brand and design belong to holagpt or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Third-party services and models

The Service integrates third-party models and services, whose use may be subject to those third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, holagpt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (for example, toward consumers).

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
